Solicitor | Corporate & Commercial | 6-10 years' PQE

To be successful in this role ideally you will have a proven background in a top tier, magic circle firm or respected boutique firm. You must be an excellent technical lawyer, present as professional with a genuine passion for the law. Your proven experience will include M&A, corporate structuring and general commercial contracts. Some energy experience would be useful, but not essential.
