This banking and finance team have a long-standing reputation in the market where their commitment to delivering an exceptionally high standard of business solutions to their clients has awarded them their stellar reputation in their field. As such they are seeking a like minded solicitor to complement their team. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated transactional banking lawyer looking to progress your career and develop your skills working with an excellent client base who include top New Zealand banks, blue-chip corporates, local and offshore sponsors. The Partners are a very close supportive team with a real commitment to promoting specialists in this field. They are also open to considering solicitors for this role who have 4-6 years' experience in another area of law and are looking to make the transition across to practise banking law. A top-tier background is preferred, but candidates with mid-tier experience in corporate, commercial or insolvency will also be considered.
