Solicitor | 2-4 years' PQE | Property & Commercial

Our client is a specialised commercial, business and property law firm and they are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking lawyer who has a background in commercial and property law. You will be supported by an experienced team and mentored by highly successful and engaging practitioners.

About the role

You will need to have 2-4 years' experience within a well recognised law firm, in some or all of the following areas:

• Residential and commercial property transactions;
• General commercial work (shareholders agreements, contracts, etc.);
• Loan advances;
• Disputes;
• Instructing solicitor (management of ongoing litigation);
• Commercial transactions (sale and purchase of business);
• Franchising;
• Construction law;
• Leasing.
