This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and passionate employment lawyer looking to work within a high achieving and well renowned team. It is imperative you present as competent and engaging and have the confidence to deal with CEO's and Board members. You will also have had experience acting for the employer.

The Opportunity:

You will gain exposure to a broad range of issues some of which will include:

• management of employee performance and misconduct;
• employment documentation and policy;
• providing strategic advice on corporate structures, sales and purchases of business, personal grievances, health and safety, human rights and privacy, accident compensation.

Role Requirements:

• 2-3 years' PQE ideally with experience acting for the employer;
• Passion and drive to learn and develop your skillset in employment law;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivery high quality work;
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service;
• Strong teamwork ethic;
• Confident and professional with the ability to communicate effectively with industry leaders.
