Solicitor | 2-3 years'

Our client, a well established Auckland CBD law firm, are looking to appoint a Solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE to assist Partners with a variety of tasks across corporate/commercial and finance law. About you:

We are looking for someone with the following capabilities and attributes:

• Commercial and corporate law experience;
• Some transactional experience is desirable and experience in lending/finance work;
• Strong language and drafting skills;
• An ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients;
• A genuine interest in developing expertise in the above areas of law;
• A true team player dedicated to their success.
