Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients and carrying out their instructions;
• Achieving best results desired by the client and achieving best possible outcome;
• Solving problems and resolving conflict;
• Building up client base and increasing the firm's and your personal profile;
• This is a busy role, primarily residential conveyancing, with the opportunity to work on subdivisions and other property matters after a period of time.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience gained within a reputable property law team;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Can do attitude with the skills and ability to work autonomously and in a team, without compromising care or quality;
• Team player (across the entire business, not just your team);
• Efficient time management and highly organised;
• Present as a confident and professional individual.
