Solicitor | 1-2 years PQE | Private Client

Our client is a highly reputable Auckland CBD law firm who offer a very friendly and supportive team culture. They are looking for a solicitor with 1-2 years' PQE gained in a private client role having worked across trusts, wills and relationship property. This is a fulfilling role as part of a well known and highly regarded private client team headed by an exceptional senior partner and their team in this positive workplace with interesting and varied work, and a great opportunity presents here to work 3 days in the office and 2 WFH if this appeals.

Ideally you will have experience assisting with the management of trustee companies and trusts, drafting wills, relationship property agreements and enduring powers of attorney. In this role you will also assist with relationship property and trust/estate disputes.
