Solicitor 18mths-5 years' | Corporate Law | Part-time or Full-time

Our client, a high end boutique law firm located in stunning CBD offices, are looking for a dynamic and confident corporate lawyer to work alongside their highly successful and well regarded Commercial partners. You will provide advice to a number of high profile New Zealand businesses on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters including mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions and developments, across a variety of industries.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:

• Self-motivated, confident, reliable and willing to work as part of a close knit cohesive team;
• Passion and drive to learn and develop your skill set;
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong organisational skills as well as high level initiative, energy and enthusiasm and the ability to follow through;
• Excellent academics;
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a boutique, mid or top tier-law firm.
