Our client is a market leader in the legal industry and their high performing banking and finance team are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join them in their practice. The team advises local and international banks and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financings. The work on offer is diverse and is some of the most challenging and complex in the market. They are keen to hear from candidates with strong academics and banking and finance experience in private practice. Some of the areas you may have experience in will include:

• project and real estate finance
• corporate and acquisition finance
• debt restructuring
