Senior Solicitor | 4+ years' PQE | Litigation

Our client is a highly reputable central CBD law firm and they are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic litigator to join their experienced and high performing litigation team. It is essential you have proven experience gained within a well regarded team and looking to make an intelligent career move.

The role

Specialises in civil litigation with extensive exposure to construction and insurance litigation. You will advise on a wide range of civil disputes including contract and negligence claims, misrepresentation, debt recovery proceedings and enforcement orders. You will have experience in alternative dispute resolution including arbitrations, adjudications and mediations.
