Senior Legal Secretary | Commercial Property | 5+ years NZ firm experience

Our client is a long standing, reputable Auckland law firm and their commercial property team are seeking an experienced property/commercial legal secretary to support a respectable and busy senior lawyer 1:1 providing a high level of support . The team are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a team player and who will work collaboratively and efficiently whilst becoming a valuable team member.

The successful candidate for this role will:

• Be adaptable and proactive;
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks, executing these to a high standard;
• Have gained at least 5 + years experience working in commercial/property as a Legal Secretary within a reputable New Zealand law firm;
• Be comfortable with monthly billing;
• Proven technical skills in working with and comparing large legal documents;
• Strong organisational and file management skills;
• Enjoy being part of a successful and inclusive team.
