Senior Legal Secretary | Commercial Property | 10+ years NZ firm experience

Our client is a long standing, reputable Auckland law firm and their commercial property team are seeking an experienced property/commercial legal secretary to support a respectable and busy senior lawyer 1:1 providing a high level of support . The team are looking for a capable and professional individual who will work collaboratively and efficiently, enjoy being part of a busy team and will become a valuable team member. It is imperative that you present as confident in your abilities, enjoy dictation typing, big documents and billing, and can produce work to a very high standard.

Other attributes essential to the success in this role include:

• Proven experience of approximately 10 years' plus gained working in a property team within a reputable New Zealand law firm;
• Strong technical skills enabling a high level of competency in working with and comparing large legal documents;
• An adaptable and positive approach;
• The ability to manage multiple tasks whilst remaining calm and producing a high level of accuracy;
• Proactiveness and organisation are your strengths;
• Enjoy making a positive impact on the team and contributing to its success.
