Our client is a well established law firm and they are looking for a capable and experienced Litigation Legal PA to support a great team of lawyers. This is a true Legal Secretary role involving dictation, billing, typing of documents, filing and various administrative tasks and you must be efficient and confident executing these secretarial duties which will enable you to become a reliable and valued team member. The team is busy and you must be able to multi-task and manage your workload in a competent manner. Some of the tasks attached to this role include:

• Typing of Court documents;
• Dictation;
• Filing;
• Billing;
• Formatting.
