Senior Legal Executive (part-time or full-time, you choose!)

Our client is committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes through personalised attention and professional excellence. They are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic legal executive with 6+ years' property law experience in a senior role to become part of their successful property and private client team. This role will see you involved primarily with residential conveyancing transactions, in addition to some involvement in subdivisions and unit title work for a legal executive that expresses an interest in this area. Assistance with Trust and Estate Administration will also be a requirement in this role.

To be successful, you will need to possess the following:

• A high level of professional communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Be someone who goes above and beyond to anticipate needs and clients' expectations;
• A senior level of New Zealand law firm experience practicing as a Registered Legal Executive in property, ideally with some trust and estate experience;
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills;
• Be a friendly and collaborative member of the team with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Duties related to this role will include:

• Managing residential conveyancing files from initial instruction through to post settlement;
• Managing matters related to Trusts and Estates;
• Preparation of unit titles and subdivision files;
• Client management and relationship building.
