Our client is an excellent, well-established North Shore law firm. Their busy property/private client team are looking for a competent and enthusiastic senior legal executive who is passionate about property law to work alongside the team. There is an excellent mix of work here with top end residential property work including high net worth clients and first home buyers, build contracts, investment properties, ensuring compliance with AML requirements and there will be some trust work involved.

To be considered for this role we are looking for:

• A hardworking and adaptable individual with a positive attitude;
• A team player who can build and maintain great working relationships;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail:
• Confident to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proven New Zealand law firm experience handling property files from start to finish;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
