Senior Legal Executive

They are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic legal executive with 4+ years' property law experience in a senior role to become part of their successful property team. This role will see you involved with all aspects of property law and private client work ranging from residential and commercial conveyancing and leasing, through to Trusts, Estates and Wills.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:

• A high level of professional communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Be someone who goes above and beyond to anticipate needs and clients' expectations;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills;
• Be a friendly and collaborative member of the team with a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
• High end technical skills including advanced knowledge of Landonline, Excel and ADLS Webforms.

Duties related to this role will include:

• Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from initial instruction through to post settlement;
• Managing matters related to Trusts, Wills and Estates;
• Preparation and review of lease documentation and providing support with subdivision work.
