Our client is a highly regarded mid-sized Auckland CBD law firm and their property team are looking to appoint an astute and ambitious lawyer with 4-7 years’ PQE looking for a solid career path to partnership in the future. You will require proven experience in property law gained within a reputable New Zealand law firm and be ready to take the next step to enhance your legal career.

You will work with a fantastic team of approachable team members and you will be required to take responsibility for files, offering high level legal services.

The role

You will work across a variety of property matters including:

• Large, complex property transactions;
• Residential and commercial property matters, including sales, leases and loans;
• Exposure to all facets of property law, negotiations, dispute resolution and structuring lease and development agreements.
