This is a great opportunity for an exceptional Corporate Receptionist!
Our client is a top-tier law firm with well appointed, stunning CBD offices and they are looking for two experienced Receptionists in this pivotal front-line role. This is a job share position with the first shift from 8.00am to 2.00pm and the second 12.30pm to 6.00pm working five days.
It is imperative you have impeccable presentation and communication skills together with a vibrant, confident and polished demeanour. You will have had previous experience as a corporate receptionist or perhaps you have worked in a professional services role where customer service is paramount. This is a meet and greet role where you will also be responsible for booking and maintaining meeting rooms, organising travel and answering calls and handling queries. As the first point of contact for the firm it is important you present a professional image and possess customer service skills second to none!
