Our client is a highly regarded Auckland CBD law firm who have a well renowned reputation within the legal industry. They are looking for a competent property legal secretary to provide support to their Property team. The option of being involved in legal executive tasks is on offer to the person with the right skills. New Zealand law firm experience is essential for this role.

This position would suit someone who sets high standards, has worked at a similar level and has a passion for Property law. You will have the confidence and ability to get things done quickly and become a reliable and valued team member. Other attributes important for this role include:

• Stellar organisational skills
• Competent in the use of LINZ, PPSR, Companies Office and ADLS webforms
• Strong attention to detail
• A proven background working within Property law
• A friendly and personable demeanour and a commitment to team work
• The ability to prioritise, multi-task and adopt a proactive approach to your work.
