Legal Executive | Residential Property

We are looking to appoint an intermediate legal executive to become a key member of our client's highly regarded property team. You will need to have proven solid residential property experience within a reputable top-tier, mid-tier or highly regarded boutique practice within New Zealand. Although not essential, it would be a bonus if you also have some experience in estate administration and wills, EPOAs and trust work.

Our client is at the forefront of property law, consistently recognised as a finalist at the NZ Law Awards. With an enviable client base including some of Auckland’s premier developers and landowners. The work would involve looking after regular investor clients buying and selling, first home buyers, high net worth clients buying and selling homes and investment properties, and refinances. The role is full time and you will receive excellent supervision and mentoring from a Senior Associate and support from other legal executives in the team.
