Legal Executive | Rare Part-time role

Our client is a progressive and high achieving boutique Auckland law firm and they have a newly created and unique opportunity for a qualified Legal Executive with a solid skill set and proven background working with well regarded New Zealand law firms. It is envisaged this role could be over 3-4 days per week, however there is some flexibility around this and the firm are open to different arrangements.

Some of the tasks associated with this position will include:

Supporting the Corporate/Commercial team with:

• Company secretarial: basic resolutions and corporate documents, companies office filings;
• Registrations: PPSR, IPONZ and other filings;
• Property: Landonline, basic lease drafting;
• Private Client: basic drafting of Trust documents, Wills and enduring Powers of Attorney.

Supporting the Litigation team with:

• Document collation;
• Court documents.

In addition to the above, this role will also provide support to the firm's Practice Manager on various administrative tasks and it is envisaged the successful candidate will ideally have experience in all of the areas listed above or a large portion of the skills required.
