About the opportunity:
You will be exposed to all aspects of litigation work some of which include research, drafting of pleadings and submissions, providing opinions to clients and discovery processes. You will advise on complex commercial disputes across a broad range of matters including contractual disputes, insolvency issues, breach of trust claims, cross border disputes and urgent applications for relief. Confidence and professionalism to build strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the team are important attributes for this role.
About you:
You will have 4-8 years' PQE and have gained proven experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. You are confident working independently and possess high-end communication skills with a high level of detail to your work and able to demonstrate sound judgement and problem solving skills.
