Their Commercial Property team are looking for an enthusiastic and confident lawyer to become part of their high performing team.
About the role:
You will work with high value clients including property developers, major landlords, private investors, real estate agents and purchasers. Work includes major development and urban regeneration projects, investment acquisitions and disposals, significant leasing portfolios and transactions involving hotels and retirement villages.
About you:
You will have 2-5 years' general commercial property experience. You will bring a commercial and pragmatic approach to your advice. It is imperative you take pride in your work and in providing exceptional client service with the ability to build solid and long lasting relationships with both colleagues and clients. You will be a true team player, enjoy helping to grow the practice and celebrate successes. You will be confident taking ownership of matters and working autonomously with appropriate support and possess solid drafting and technical discipline.
