The Opportunity:

You will gain exposure to a broad range of issues and your role will include:

• Opinion writing;
• Research;
• Mediation assistance;

• Exposure to Authority and Court proceedings and assisting with preparation work for hearings;
• Advice and providing guidance on employment investigations including restructuring, misconduct and performance matters;
• Reviewing and drafting employment policies and agreements.

Role Requirements:

• 1-3 years' PQE specialising in employment law, a must to have NZ law firm experience;
• Passion and drive to learn and develop your skillset in employment law;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work;
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service;
• Strong teamwork ethic;
• Confident and professional with the ability to communicate effectively with industry leaders.
