Intermediate Solicitor to Associate | 4-8 years' | Employment Law

Our client is a well established and highly regarded law firm and their close knit civil litigation and employment team are looking to appoint an ambitious, smart and professional lawyer with 4-8 years' proven solid experience in employment law.

About you

This role will enable you to work closely with Partners and there will be definite opportunities to solidify your career aspirations. You will be working on a wide range of civil litigation and employment disputes. If you are dedicated, have a strong work commitment, ethics and values, looking for a career within a high performing and successful team, then you are well suited to this role. It is essential you are a true team player, someone who can quickly assimilate into the team and become a valued and respected member. Other qualities/responsibilities we are looking for include:

• Developing and maintaining strong professional working relationships with clients, including effective and regular communication and managing the client's expectations;
• Confident with strong business acumen and carriage of your own files and ensuring all files are progressed in a timely and appropriate manner delivering high quality outcomes;
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members;
• Reliable, proactive and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for employment law and be a friendly and collaborative team member.
