This top-tier law firm firm have a very attractive opportunity to join their busy and growing employment law team. You will work across a variety of employment law matters and this role will enable you to work within an experienced team, who are market leaders, to assist you in realising your full potential.

Some of the employment law matters you will gain exposure to will include:

  • personal grievance claims and other litigation from mediation through to hearing in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court;
  • the management of all workplace issues, including poor performance, misconduct and restructuring/redundancy;
  • the protection of confidential information and competitive opportunities;
  • restructuring, including communications to employees, exit negotiations and severance agreements;
  • advice on all aspects of employment relationships with a particular focus on issues that arise with unions;
  • personal grievances, including misconduct and redundancy;
  • employment issues arising in relation to the sale of a business.

There are two positions available, an intermediate solicitor with 3-5 years' experience and one with 6+ years' experience.
