You will have solid experience of 2 - 6 years' PQE in employment law, either gained from working in private practice or in-house. You will work with predominantly employer clients to assist with managing all aspects of employment law, health and safety, industrial relations, health and safety, privacy, disciplinary and restructuring and redundancy issues. You will have regular mentoring with the employment law director and will be supported to develop your own leadership skills within the dynamic and collegial team.
