Our client, one of the top-tier law firms in Auckland, are looking to recruit a receptionist for their beautifully appointed reception area. The role is designed in that there are 2 x rotating shifts, requiring flexibility, either 9.30am to 6.00pm, or 7.45am to 4.15pm on alternate weeks.

This position would suit an incredibly professional, immaculately groomed, experienced and client-service orientated Corporate Receptionist who has well developed communication, organisation and technical skills.

This is a pivotal front line role where your proven prior experience working within a professional legal or corporate firm as a Corporate Receptionist is a mandatory requirement. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, managing meeting rooms and video conference room bookings, telephonist duties, travel bookings and various administrative tasks.
