This is a very attractive role for a Collections Coordinator with 2-3 years' experience gained within a professional environment. Whilst law firm experience is preferred, it is not essential. The role is a 12 month contract, ideally commencing mid August 2022. You will be responsible for the collection of the debtors' ledger and you will also ensure that cash flow targets are met. You will also be charged with ensuring allocation of daily cash receipts, reconciling bank statements, running the monthly electronic statement process, preparation of refunds and write-offs and contacting clients on overdue accounts. Your background may include experience working in banking, credit unions, legal or accounting firms.

Your capabilities:

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Well organised with high attention to detail;
  • Ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and to adequately prioritise;
  • Computer literate, with particular emphasis on Excel;
  • The ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels;
  • Consummate team player who has impressive negotiation skills;
  • Excellent time management.
