Associate to Senior Associate | Finance

Our client, one of the top ten law firms in New Zealand, has a newly created position within their Finance team for an Associate-Senior Associate with 7-8 years' proven experience within a highly regarded law firm or in-house finance team. Clients are within the banking sector and you will be involved in transaction work with a large proportion of matters being green/sustainable.

Role requirements:

• 7-8 years' solid experience in a well regarded finance team;
• A broad range of exposure to transaction work;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work;
• A passion for finance law and the drive to learn and develop your skill set in this field.
