Associate to Senior Associate | Family Law

Our client has an impressive history within the legal industry in Auckland. They are proud of their reputation providing expert legal services and pragmatic advice. Their busy and well regarded family law team are looking for an Associate to Senior Associate level lawyer with a solid background and passionate interest practising in the family law space within New Zealand firms. Ideally you will have proven experience in all areas of family law, however all New Zealand qualified applicants with a family law background will be considered at 5-7 years' PQE.

This role promises to be varied and challenging, with genuine progression prospects on offer and mentoring from Partners and other staff where needed is readily available. You will enjoy an environment that is dedicated to building a team culture that encourages the growth and development of their staff and are focused on providing a work life balance for all employees.

About you and your capabilities

• 5-7 years' experience gained within a well regarded family law team;
• Someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice to clients;
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills;
• A true team member who will support and help to maintain and drive the success of the team;
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic nature, together with a warm sense of humour.
