Associate to Senior Associate | Corporate Commercial

Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is looking to appoint an Associate to Senior Associate level lawyer with 7+ years' proven experience in corporate commercial law gained within a high end boutique, mid tier or top tier law firm, however if you have strong in-house experience to offer, we also want to hear from you.

This role will provide a general mix of commercial work working alongside a broad range of domestic and international clients including large organisations, individuals and start-ups.

The work will involve:

• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Business structuring;
• Financial services;
• Joint ventures;
• Investment funds;
• Commercial agreements.

You will bring significant Corporate/Commercial experience and attributes to this role including:

• A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with team members, clients and other industry experts
• Strong communication skills as well as high level initiative, energy and enthusiasm and the ability to self manage
• Solid critical thinking skills
• Friendly persona and a team player
• Dedication, with a strong work ethic and proven leadership skills
