Associate | 3-8 years' PQE | Commercial Property

Their high performing commercial property team are looking to appoint a Senior Solicitor or Associate to join this very convivial team. You will enjoy building close working relationships with the team and across the firm who truly engender a supportive and all inclusive work culture.

You will work across the full range of commercial property and commercial law work and you will need to have proven experience gained within a reputable team.

Some of the matters you will be involved in will include:

• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Trust and wealth management;
• Work on large and complex commercial property work;
• Exposure to the farming and agribusiness sectors.

To be successful in this position you will need to have

• Approximately 3-8 years' proven experience within a highly regarded commercial property team;
• Strong academics and excellent technical skills;
• You will enjoy client contact so it is imperative you present as confident with impressive communication skills which will enable you to easily build and maintain longstanding client relationships;
• Ambitious and keen to further grow your legal career;
• A genuine team player who will consistently contribute to the team's success and achievements and able to provide guidance and leadership to junior staff;
• The ability to provide pragmatic and solution based advice to clients.
