Property/Commercial Lawyer| 3-5 years' PQE

Our client is a long established and highly regarded mid-sized law firm who are committed to providing sound commercial advice to their loyal client base. The Partners are experts in their respective fields and have high standards as reflected in their impressive success in their particular area of law. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' PQE with experience gained within a well renowned property team and be looking to move their career forward. It is imperative you are confident in your abilities and your background will include working across a variety of property law matters. You will work alongside a senior Partner who has a wide ranging commercial practice and extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of property law and some of the matters you will gain exposure to will include apartment development, unit titles, and providing advice to a number of significant landowners, developers and investors. Many of the clients will include a number of high net worth individuals and private companies.

A transactional background is essential, from the review of titles, LIMs, easements, understanding and know how to use LINZ through to completing settlements. You will also need to have a sound understanding of drafting easements, encumbrances and unit title subdivisions.
