Junior Lawyer
You will work across an array of specialties in debt capital markets, securitisation (including covered bonds) and structured finance, financial markets regulation (including bank regulation, AML/CFT, consumer credit) and derivatives. This role will act as an advisor to major banks, listed companies, and government clients.
Lawyer 3+ years' experience
This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with generalist banking and finance experience to join this team. You will work alongside a partner who is a specialist in asset, development, corporate and acquisition finance, complex debt restructuring solutions, and export credit financing arrangements. You will gain exposure to work on high profile and complex matters allowing you to truly develop your skills as a transactional banking and finance lawyer.
